Unique Contract Interiors (UNCI) was created in 1989 by brothers Cyril and Gord Schlosser in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What started out as a smaller company specializing in residential upholstery soon grew into something much larger. Seeing a need for commercial restaurant booths in the hospitality industry, the brothers decided to change gears.

In order to supply the prevalent demand, they started to build and install custom, commercial booths for restaurants, bars, and other hospitality establishments. This still remains the core of the business and UNCI has expanded their operations in order to continue manufacturing and supplying commercial booths and other restaurant furniture for hospitality sectors throughout Canada.

As the needs of our clients changed and grew, we also began to offer additional restaurant furniture products chosen specifically for quality.

We can now provide a turnkey package for furnishing an entire restaurant.

Growing from a small, 3,000 square foot shop into our now fully functional 10,000 square foot facility has allowed us to take on larger projects and work closely with multiple franchises with whom we still work with today. Although the operation is now larger,

UNCI still keeps that family business mentality

and ensures each customer whether big or small gets the same attention throughout the project cycle.
